How to Access iCloud Offline.

If you want to Access, save or edit your Data offline in your iCloud drive, follow the steps given below.

  1. Move files from either folder window or desktop from your computer window to iCloud Drive Window.
  2. You can also file in the form of a folder icon in the Drive Cloud Windows.
  3. Now, if you are dragging a folder icon, it will be highlighted for the confirmation that the item you want to drag is moving into a folder.
  4. After this, click the iCloud Drive upload button present in the toolbar.
  5. Select the files you want to upload.
  6. Now, click on choose.

Missing Files.

Any kind of document that you’ve already stored in iCloud, automatically moved to iCloud drive whenever you switched on your iCloud Drive.

You can view your files on iCloud.com, in the pages, in the files app on iOS11 and later, keynotes app or in the iCloud Drive App on iOS 10 and iOS9.

If you are unable to see your files in any of these locations, then set up iCloud Drive on all of your devices.

Deleted files.

You can Access deleted files in iCloud but make sure that the deleted files didn’t cross more than 30 days.

You can get your deleted files in 30 days in iCloud. 

You can get it back from, iCloud.com or recently deleted folders.
