1. Place your AirPods in the case with the lid open.
2. Open the lid of your AirPods after 20-30 seconds.
3. Open setting app on your phone.
4. Select BlueTooth.
5. Now, select the “ i “ present next to your AirPods.
6. Confirm your choice by selecting “ forget your device”.
7. Press a small button on the back of your case.
8. Make sure your lid is open.
9. Hold this small button for 15 seconds, until you see flash light blinking an amber light.
10. Release the button.
11. Bring your AirPods close to your phone, with the case lid still open.
12. Pair them.

Your AirPods are reset and connected to your device.

When your AirPods are going haywire, follow these following steps for resetting your AirPods.

Make sure your AirPods are in the case and the lid is close:

If you will try to reset your AirPods by holding the back button and a flashing light does not appear inside the case, it is a possibility that they are dead.

Make sure that your AirPods are charged.

And if they are not charged, plug them in for 15 minutes and make sure that AirPods are adequately charged to repair.

After about half of minute, open the case and press and hold the small button present on the back of the case:

The small button present on the back of the case is basically a key to reset your AirPods. Hold that button for 15 second and you’ll see that the LED light on the case will charge from white to amber.

You don’t have to worry about messing this procedure because you don’t have to long press the button.

You can hold this reset button away from your phone if you want to unpair your AirPods from your phone.

If it is close to your phone, it is obvious that it will pull the same data as before.

Pair it with Apple Device (of your choice) by them close OR you can pair them with Bluetooth.

After your AirPods reset, it is now time for you to connect it with a new iOS device.

1.   open Setting.
2.   Click on connections.
