  23. After this, Apple will start the process of verification before deleting your account.
  24. Your account will remain active during this era.

It could take up to seven days for the verification process to finish .

If you visit Apple’s Data and Privacy portal using the account you’re deleting, you will see a notification along the proper side of the location letting you recognize that your account is being deleted.
