The Hulbury Gym is one of the most traditional Gym Challenges. you can face Pokemon Sword and Shield, with a puzzle to solve before you face Nessa herself.

Defeating them will earn you one point and catching them will get you two. But for each wild Pokemon battle, you should be paired with a Gym Trainer. So if you want to catch these rare Pokemon, then earn the most points, you can do well to just fling out a Great Ball as soon as the battle starts. 1. Leader is  Allister
  2. Type is Ghost

Taking on the Ghost Gym is partly a test of your skills and partly great fun thus far. If you want to take on the Ghost Type Gym you have to make sure you’ve got Pokemon with Steel, dark or Ghost Type moves. Allister’s crew will be tough and as Ghost Type Pokemon it can be tricky to attack.

Gym Mission:

Possibly it is the fun part of all the Gym Missions in Pokemon Sword and Shield. The Ghost Gym leader is allowed to ask you to ride in a cup shaped car that is spinning the joystick left or right for moving in those directions and for avoiding obstacles and using glowing green hands for boosting you up where necessary.

This one is fairly straightforward to move through and there are some Gym Trainer battles you have to complete between sections of track.
